reformatting myself

with this post i now have beaten the total number of blogs of the past two years combined. that might be a bigger accomplishment if not for the fact i have barely written these past two years.

the reasons for 2007 being a slow year involved a changing of habits. i began to chronicle less the interspersed events of my life, and i initiated a more involved lifestyle. i spent less time on my own and began developing new friendships. there was a void i was beginning to try to fill.

and last year, 2008, marked a low point in my life. through a confluences of circumstances there was a hidden voice in me that finally spoke of that void i held. and in that voice there was a lot of hurt & pain. it was not a shining moment, but it has become now a teachable moment.

and now these past few months have been a re-education. drawing on the power of forgiveness & reconciliation. and also an awareness of the moment and myself. this is a process and i'm challenging myself to reformat the core of who i am to further my relationship with family, friends, and strangers. and most importantly. . . me.

i have presented this blog has a window to me and it is evolving as i evolve.
