i am a little more aware of the human condition today than at any point in my past, because i am more aware of myself. but there is still much more to learn on my journey. the best of humanity usually comes at the most troubled of times. for the light will seem so much brighter when it is juxtaposed with the dark.

in my darkest moment of my own making, i faltered and my actions were deplorable. my conscience was heavy and my soul stained. i was a mess.

for those who have sinned egregiously, like myself, an opportunity arises. a chance to acknowledge & receive forgiveness from God, and also a formidable chance to apply our perspective for others in similar spiritual circumstances. for a sinner to be less keen towards other sinners, is to cheat God's most sacred lesson, love & compassion, of its fullest meaning.

God's love is always present. the complication lies in our ability to accept it. there is still much more works to be done because my foibles can never be absolved fully.
