There are certain advantages to being your own boss and running your own business. Just ask the local pimps on your streets. But it can't all be a picnic and tea time. Unfortunately I get to deal with one of the unpleasant points, employee management. My right-hand woman will be leaving the office due to ummm. . . circumstances out of her control. And so she will be leaving come the end of March, and heading back to San Antonio. This in turn will force me to hire an unknown commodity for the first time.
Optometry doctors are not known for their stable work force. We'll see how this goes as I proceed forward with my search. Stay tuned. Same Bat time. Same Bat channel.
